Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LAM Global Trading's digital interfaces, you accept these terms. All logistical services are governed by separate, specific Bills of Lading or Charter Party agreements.

2. Service Limitations

Information provided on this site does not constitute a binding operational contract until formally executed by an authorized LAM agent.

3. Service Delivery & Performance

LAM's standard commitment is to issue ACD/ECTN certificates within 2 working days of receiving complete documentation and confirmed payment, across all supported destinations. If LAM fails to issue the certificate within 72 hours of receiving complete documentation and confirmed payment, the client is entitled to a full refund of the service fee, subject to the exclusions and process set out in LAM's General Service Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

4. Fees & Refunds

Fees are as quoted at the time of request or invoiced by LAM, and confirmed payment is a precondition for LAM to begin processing an ACD/ECTN request. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and third-party or government charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Refunds, including the 72-hour ACD/ECTN issuance guarantee, are governed exclusively by LAM's General Service Policy.
